3. Seller Responsibilities and Warranties

The seller expressly warrants and shall be solely and exclusively responsible for all images, prices, offers, descriptions, and details posted by them. The seller hereby indemnifies the platform against any claims arising from:

• Absolute accuracy and truthfulness of all information provided in listings
• Quality, authenticity, and legal ownership of all images and content uploaded
• Correctness and honesty of all pricing, discount, and offer details
• Legal validity, availability, and deliverability of products or services advertised
• Full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, consumer protection acts
• Any misrepresentation, fraud, or violation of third-party rights
• All taxes, duties, and legal obligations related to their business operations

4. Prohibited Content and Activities

The seller/user shall not post any content or engage in activities that are illegal, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, objectionable, or incorrect. You expressly agree not to post content or engage in activities that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or offensive
• Violates any intellectual property, trademark, patent, copyright, or proprietary rights
• Contains false, misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent information
• Is objectionable, inappropriate, obscene, or violates public decency
• Promotes spam, phishing, unauthorized advertising, or pyramid schemes
• Contains viruses, malware, trojans, or any malicious code or harmful components

5. Content License, Moderation and Platform Rights

By posting content, you grant Silicon City Indore a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content. Silicon City Indore reserves absolute and unconditional rights to:

• Approve, reject, edit, modify, or remove any post without prior notice or explanation
• Edit content for clarity, compliance, grammar, or platform standards
• Remove posts that violate terms, laws, or platform policies
• Exercise content moderation without providing reasons or justification
• Monitor all user activities and content for compliance and security
• Suspend or terminate services at sole discretion

6. Payment Terms and Non-Refundable Policy

All payments for paid promotions, featured listings, subscriptions, or any services are non-refundable and non-transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing. You acknowledge and agree that:

• All fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable under any circumstances
• No refunds for unused time, features, or early termination of services
• Refunds processed only in exceptional cases at sole discretion of platform
• Payment processing fees are non-recoverable
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Platform not liable for payment gateway issues or transaction failures

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Silicon City Indore explicitly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

9. Account Suspension, Termination and Consequences

Silicon City Indore reserves absolute right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately without prior notice for violation of terms. Upon termination:

• All content may be deleted without backup or recovery options
• No refunds will be provided for suspended or terminated accounts
• User loses all access to platform features and posted content
• Platform may retain data as required by law or for legal proceedings
• User remains liable for all obligations incurred before termination
• Termination does not waive platform's right to pursue legal remedies

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All platform content including design, logos, graphics, code, text, software, and functionality are exclusive property of Silicon City Indore and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action.
